Questions about the marotronics shop and trees in the garden

Hi,

Does anyone know what the time until shipping is if I order an ardumower kit today? I've noticed a notice on the shop, basically saying things are really difficult, and wanted to wait until it went away. It has been a while since I saw it the first time, and it is still there.

ps: Btw. there is no fingerpointing here - I read somewhere it's just one guy running the whole thing as a spare-time job, must be super-tough. I'm simply asking because it's quite a sum, so I'd like to know before ordering.

Mine was announced to be shipped soon. I was ordering beginning of June. So 3 weeks waiting for me now, until it's here probably 4 to 4,5 weeks. If the waiting time is getting shorter or longer by now I can't say.

Many cars have now 10 months waiting time. Everything dificult right now. Especially when you need to fuillfill orders and try to call/contact suppliers to get matrials. Ardumower is not a car prodcution with thousand sets shipped per day and parts ordered just in time. So you are perfectlxy good with your intention not to fingerpoint. It's just like that these days.

I think waiting doesn't help you. If you are comfortable with it, order and wait some weeks.

Markus (from the shop) explained during the recent MakerFair that they have currently long waiting time for many parts.
He said that he is very sorry for the delays and that he is shipping the items as fast as they become available.
